While we strive for perfection in every plant we send, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we have a simple and fair Returns & Exchanges policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Our Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items in their original condition within 15 days of receiving your shipment for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for important exceptions.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we get all the necessary information quickly.
- Provide Details: Include your name, order number, and the reason for the return or exchange. Photos of the damaged or unsatisfactory product are extremely helpful for our quality control team.
- Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions. Please do not ship any items back without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the plant(s) you are returning using the original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item).

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Timing: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by our team and then an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement or in your PayPal account.
Exchanges will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item. If the item you want is in stock, we will ship it out immediately using your original shipping method.
